How to Create a Hyperlink to a Web page in Microsoft Word - could have all the necessary information to your readers on the web page on the Internet.
If so, you can create a hyperlink to that web page so that readers can visit it when I read your document. when readers click on a link, open a web browser and a web page appears. to link your document to a web page on theInternet, follow the steps below.


    * Select text or object that will be made as a hyperlink. for example, select one line of text or single word. on the Insert tab, in the Links group, click Hyperlink. Depending the size of your screen, you may need to click the Links before Hyperlink. you will see the Insert Hyperlink dialog box. you can also open this dialog box by right clicking an object or text and select Hyperlink from the shortcut menu.
    * Below Link To, select Existing File or Web Page. to enter the address of a web page, click Browse the Web button (button) illustrated the globe and magnifying glass). Web browser will be opened. Open your web page that will link and return to the program. or, click browsed Pages. so, a dialog box displays the web pages you recently visited. select a page. or, tikkan (or copy) the web page address into the Address box. you can right click in the text box and select Paste to copy the web page address in the Address box.
    * Click the button and enter your text ScreeTip instructions on the Set Hyperlink dialog box and click OK ScreenTip. Readers can see the clues the text that you enter when they direct the mouse pointer over the hyperlink.
    * Close the Insert Hyperlink dialog box. Test hyperlink to ensure that readers brought to the actual web page. to do so, press and hold down the [Ctrl] and click the hyperlink or right click and select Open Hyperlink from the shortcut menu.
    * Finish ....
